Manufacturer's recommended Intake:

As a dietary supplement, shake well, spray 2 full sprays in the mouth in the morning and 4 full sprays in the evening. Hold 30 seconds and swallow. 

Shake well: Take 30 minutes before or after eating to ensure a clean palate. If weight exceeds 200 pounds, increase dosage by two additional sprays in the morning.

Our More Conservative Recommendation

[Start Any New Protocol - Slowly]

We commonly dela with clients who are very sensitive, therefore we recommend consuming anything new very slowly.  This si just a precaution to ensure that they are not going to react to any new product introduced to their body.

1. Shake well: Take 30 minutes before or after eating to ensure a clean palate.

2. Start out with 1 spray at night just before bed [hold in mouth for 30 seconds and swallow - 30 minutes are brushing teth and drinking any liquids].

3. Gradually increase 1 spray at night every 5 days.  When you have attained 3 sprays at night, add 1 in the morning for 5 days and increase to 2 sprays in the morning.  When up to 2 sprays in the morning increase to 4 sprays at night.

4. Take 1 week off per month.

Full dose is 4 full sprays in the evening and 2 full sprays in the morning.
